Top up message credits any time. Credits you buy stay on your account and are used after your monthly included credits.

StoreFront first checks whether the message qualifies for a free messaging window or allowance.
If the message has a messaging cost, StoreFront works out how many credits it needs.
Those credits are set aside before the message is sent.
Credits are only used once the message is successfully processed under the billing rules.
If a message fails, the credits set aside for it are returned to your balance.

Messaging Credits are StoreFront's usage unit for WhatsApp messaging. Messaging usage can vary based on message category, recipient market and applicable Meta messaging rules.

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?: Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You'll add a card to begin, but you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
Which plan is right for me?: If you're just getting started or have one or two staff, pick Growth. If you're running ads or handling more than 500 conversations a month, Turbo pays for itself. Rocket is for multi-location businesses and agencies.
What does “Coming soon” mean on a plan?: Everything listed with a tick is live in your dashboard today. Items marked “Coming soon” are already funded and on our build roadmap — staff seats and roles, bulk broadcasts, multi-location inventory, analytics exports and API access, and retainer billing. If you subscribe now you get them automatically at no extra cost the moment they ship, and we will email you as each one goes live.
Can I switch plans later?: Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your billing dashboard at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
Do I need to be technical?: No. Storefront is a one-click Meta Embedded Signup. You keep your existing WhatsApp Business number — we handle all the API work behind the scenes.
How do payments work?: Customer payments are collected via Paystack and land in your Storefront wallet. If StoreFront Protect escrow is enabled, funds are held until the customer confirms delivery, then you can request a payout to your bank. Your Storefront subscription is billed separately on the plan you choose.
Is the online store included?: The online ecommerce store at trystorefront.app/shop/yourbrand is included on Turbo and Rocket. Turbo shows up to 50 catalogue items; Rocket is unlimited and adds full branding — banner, brand colour, custom link and no Storefront badge. Growth focuses on selling inside WhatsApp chat and can upgrade to Turbo at any time to switch the store on.
Are there limits on product images?: Yes, so your store stays fast and your bill stays predictable. Growth stores up to 100 images (2 MB each), Turbo up to 500 images (3 MB each) and Rocket up to 2,000 images (5 MB each). Products and services themselves are unlimited on every plan.
What are included messages?: Every plan includes a monthly allowance of WhatsApp messages — 3,000 on Growth, 10,000 on Turbo and 30,000 on Rocket. These cover AI replies, follow-ups, broadcasts and delivery updates. If you go above your allowance, one-click top-up bundles keep you running. Unused top-up messages roll over; the plan allowance resets each month.
What happens if I run out of messages?: Your AI assistant pauses politely and tells customers you will be with them soon. All chats still arrive in your inbox, so you never miss a lead. Top up from your billing dashboard in seconds and the AI resumes sending instantly.
