Is there a free trial?: Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You'll add a card to begin, but you won't be charged until day 8. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
Which plan is right for me?: If you're just getting started or have one or two staff, pick Growth. If you're running ads or handling more than 500 conversations a month, Turbo pays for itself. Rocket is for multi-location businesses and agencies.
Can I switch plans later?: Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your billing dashboard at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
Do I need to be technical?: No. Storefront is a one-click Meta Embedded Signup. You keep your existing WhatsApp Business number — we handle all the API work behind the scenes.
How do payments work?: Customer payments are collected via Paystack and land in your Storefront wallet. If StoreFront Protect escrow is enabled, funds are held until the customer confirms delivery, then you can request a payout to your bank. Your Storefront subscription is billed separately on the plan you choose.
