- What is Storefront?

- Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
- Yes, but Storefront handles the API for you. You connect your existing WhatsApp Business number through Meta's one-click Embedded Signup. There are no keys, APIs or technical setup.
- Will I keep my WhatsApp number?
- Yes. Your number, chats and customers stay yours. Storefront adds AI, payments and automation on top of your existing WhatsApp Business account.
- How does the AI sales agent work?
- The AI reads incoming WhatsApp messages, understands the customer's intent, checks your product or service catalog, and replies in your brand tone. It sends product images, quotes, and Paystack payment links automatically.
- Can I take over from the AI?
- Yes. Every chat has a manual reply toggle. Your team can jump in at any point, and the AI hands over automatically for complex conversations.
- How do I collect payments?
- Storefront generates a Paystack payment link for every order. Customers pay by card, bank transfer or USSD. Funds land in your Storefront wallet; if StoreFront Protect escrow is on, the money is held until the customer confirms delivery, then you can request a payout to your bank.
- What is StoreFront Protect?
- StoreFront Protect is an optional escrow layer. Payment is held until the customer confirms delivery, which builds trust for higher-ticket products.
- Which industries does Storefront serve?

- Is there a free trial?

- Can I import my existing products?
- Yes. Upload manually, bulk-import a CSV, or sync from Shopify or WooCommerce. Services and bookings are supported alongside products.
- Does Storefront work outside Nigeria?
- The platform is built Nigeria-first with Paystack and standard Nigerian English, but the WhatsApp Business API and AI agents work anywhere WhatsApp is available.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. Storefront is an official Meta Tech Provider. All messages run over WhatsApp's encrypted network and payments are handled by Paystack.
