Terms of Service
Last updated: June 26, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Storefront Platform ("Storefront", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Storefront helps merchants sell on WhatsApp by automating replies, managing catalogs, receiving payments via Paystack, and disbursing payouts to bank accounts. We integrate with Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API as a Tech Provider.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Storefront to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy.
- Sell prohibited goods or services (e.g. illegal drugs, weapons, regulated goods without licenses).
- Defraud customers, misrepresent products, or abuse refunds.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
Violations may result in immediate suspension. We comply with Meta's WhatsApp Commerce and Business policies and pass those rules through to merchants.
4. Plans, trials, and billing
We offer a 7-day free trial on a paid plan (Growth or Business). A valid payment card is required to start the trial, but no charge is made until day 8. Cancel any time before day 8 and you will not be billed. After the trial, paid plans renew monthly via Paystack until cancelled. Cancel any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Payments and payouts
Customer payments are collected by Paystack and credited to the merchant's Storefront wallet, less applicable fees. Payouts are initiated to the merchant's verified Nigerian bank account. We are not a bank; Paystack and the receiving bank are responsible for settlement.
6. Merchant responsibility
Merchants are solely responsible for the goods and services they sell, customer service, refunds, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws. Storefront is a tool; the merchant is the seller of record.
7. Intellectual property
Storefront retains all rights to the platform. Merchants retain rights to their catalog, brand, and customer data and grant us a limited license to host and process that content to provide the service.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law. On termination, you may request export or deletion of your data.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that AI replies will be error-free or that the platform will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
